Tem porary plans call for a 20-class room building with a gymnasium. A 30 acre site for the new school has already been secured. Lan drum1 high school students now be long to District One consolidated with other communities. All citi zens desiring the best for their children are consolidating high schools. To call them by districts is one way to overcome a psycholo gical barrier. One community is then recognized as much as another . . . Little Bobby Green leasse, 6-years-old, who was kid naped -and ransomed for $600,000 was found dead Wednesday. Most of the money has been recovered and two of the three kidnapers have been arrested . . . Will Little john, 60, of Spartanburg, was gored to death by a bull Wednes day night in a cow stall at the Littleiohn place . . . The St. Luke’s Hospital Colored Auxiliary ‘is reeking funds to equip a reception room at the new annex to the hospital, in memory of W'lliam Hannon. The Auxiliary is putting on a bake sale Saturday morning at 9 o’clock at Foodland to help raise monev to pay for the fur n'shings. Fashion Show Plans Plans for the PTA Fashion Show go forward by leaps and bounds. Landrum Girl Killed By Truck Wednesday Miss Carolyn Blanche Kimbrell, 16, Landrum High School junior and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Kimbrell, was struck by a truck driven by Eddie Lewis Har din, 15, Wednesday afternoon about 3 o’clock at Main and Mal lory streets.in Landrum.
